  Cagney plays a gangster, O'Brien plays his childhood friend turned priest. Excellent story of the struggle of seeing someone take all the wrong turns in life, and second chances. The basketball game in the middle of the movie is hilarious! And heart wrenching end for Cagney. Ahead of it's time!!!
