This movie is about loneliness..about your place in the world...about existence...

this movie is kind of an avant garde. Marty and de niro were perfect. The allure is not so ordinary. There weren't a lot of problem and bullets but it will play our adrenaline.

It suggests that there is something malignant inside all of us. That our noblest intentions can be corrupted and perverted by the isolation and loneliness of modern existence.

to me a flawlees film. seems to have a profound influence on an infinite amount of other films. as i did with the books and music, wanted to use just one film per director to diversify my list some. this movie is an overwhelming experience each time i watch it.
