  (10.0 Out of 10) The Stooges’ Funhouse might be just about the finest punk rock record of all time. Forget The Ramones or The Sex Pistols, Funhouse’s blend of blues and garage-punk is perfection. All the songs are brilliant hurricanes of loud guitars, shrill bass, and rock-steady drums that always seem to find the best grooves amiss the noise. A perfect record.

  not many albums can match the initial ferocity of this one. i read somwhere that this is jack white's favorite album.
