I have tickets for the July show in Chicago - can't wait! Saw them last year and it blew me away. This first album is amazing, but it's taking a while for the new one to grow on me...it still rocks, tho!

saw them live last night, one of the best shows i've ever seen, the high from the show is still resonating.

First the White Stripes, then The Raconteurs and now this. The question is now: Have Jack White spread himself too thin. Well, in humble opinion, this man can turn everything into gold. The Dead Weather has a muddy bluesfeel to it that attracts me, aswell as Alison Mosshart from The Kills. Seriously, that girl is dangerously sexy. Alison and Jack together is a very interesting and awesome mixture, and works very well as a band.

Loved this album the first time i heard it, and i will readliy admit i am heavily biased towards anything Jack White touches--but he is my favorite musician. Then i saw them live in July and it confirmed for me just what a great album this is and what a fabulous band the Dead Weather are. They put on by far the best show i have ever seen!
