5/22/2010 12:24:59 PMWhen I first heard the title of this film, it made me shake my head. But, I went ahead and saw it in the theater. It was absolutely horrid. Bruce Willis turned into a Martha Stewart, WHY?! The only decent actor in this was Amanda Peet. Kevin Pollak as a Hungarian mob boss...oh my, that accent made my brain hurt! In all seriousness, this movie is pure cinematic stupidity.

5/22/2010 12:20:11 PMAnother installment of America's favorite gigolo (well, not quite). I loved the first film and was looking forward to this. Wrong thing to do, this movie is trash! This go around Rob Schneider heads to Amsterdam with his dead wife's artificial limb. I was abhorred in a good number of ways as he works his way through some freaky clients. The results were downright disgusting. The one scene that blew it for me was the girl with the trachea, which shot wine when she drank. You see, I have one and the esophagus and windpipe are separate, no humanly possible way that could shoot drinks. Puh-leeze! This comedy gets a grade of ‘F.’

5/22/2010 12:08:16 PMLet me tell you I used to think of Bobby Vinton's classic "Blue Velvet" as a happy, upbeat song. My word, now I get goosebumps when I heart it, thinking of Dennis Hopper's deliciously sinister villain. David Lynch paints the picket fence black, gets the viewer out of their comfort level, and then slams you with twists unimaginable. This and other films like it are the reason so many festivals of independent cinema are alive and well today. If nothing else, watch it for that reason!

5/22/2010 11:51:02 AMThey say that breaking up is hard to do, but it's even harder to act in a bad breakup movie! First of all, I had high hopes for this to be way funnier. Hate to be the one to say this about Jennifer Aniston but she is one impossible woman to get along with. Right, Brad Pitt? If you like Vince Vaughn watch "Clay Pigeons" instead.

5/22/2010 11:45:01 AMDe Niro and Pacino are like a band-aid to skin, peanut butter to jelly, mozzarella to pizza! This movie has to be watched by these guys' fans! Don't expect a lot, though, this has a very clunky pace. Let me also say, "Heat" is the far superior cop drama between them.

5/22/2010 11:42:25 AMAnti-establishment, down-home adventure in the suburbs of California. Michael Douglas has never played a part like this! I highly recommend this Sundance favorite.

5/22/2010 11:38:58 AMThe Wrestler, wow, I've never seen Mickey Rourke lay his soul out and bare his emotions quite like this. I liked it a lot, hard to watch certain scenes, but with the fame his character Ram sees, can't be all glamourous. The wrestling scenes are realistic and I'm pretty sure Mickey didn't have a stunt double. Supporting cast of Marisa Tomei as a dancer too old for the biz was incredible. She gives good heart to her character Cassidy...you feel more for Mickey through her eyes. Evan Rachel Wood is a young powerhouse as the daughter. A fine movie in a society in which job woes are tearing families apart, not all, mind you.
