  This movie was really fascinating. I haven't heard of it before IFC. The actors are pretty well known (Ewan McGregor,Naomi Watts, Ryan Gossling). I wanted this movie to end the moment it started but once it ended I hated that it ended (it's one of those movies). I recommend you watching this for sure!!!

  The Flivver King by Upton Sinclair

  This book is great b/c it really gives you a more intimate view of the early 1900''s than you would ever find in a history textbook. It touches on some of the most important issues that affected our society as it is today such as unions, prohibition, class division, depression, culture clashes, etc. It tells a story of two individuals that are on two completely different sides of the spectrum so it really gives you a better idea of how all Americans dealt with these hardships, no matter where they ranked in society. I would definitely recommend this book to any history fanatics out there.

  Twilight by Stephenie Meyer

  So I always told myself I wasn''t going to jump on the Twilight bandwagon but I finally gave in and I freaking fell in love. I just finished the entire series yesterday and I already want to read them again. As nerdy as I feel saying it- I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is a sucker for love stories and vampires.
